SubTrack is developed by MatrixReligio. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data SubTrack collects and how it is used.
All your subscription data, categories, payment history, and app settings are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. Your data belongs to you.
If you have iCloud enabled, SubTrack uses Apple's CloudKit to sync your data across your devices. Your data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple. We have no access to your iCloud data. For details, see Apple's Privacy Policy.
SubTrack makes the following network requests:
SubTrack Pro includes AI-powered spending analysis features. All analysis is performed entirely on your device. No subscription data, income information, or analysis results are ever transmitted to any server.
You may optionally provide a monthly income reference to calculate spending health scores. This value is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted anywhere.
SubTrack sends local notifications for subscription renewal reminders. These notifications are generated entirely on your device and do not involve any external servers or push notification services.
SubTrack provides Home Screen widgets and Siri Shortcuts that display subscription data. These features access data from your device's local storage only.
SubTrack is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.

By downloading or using SubTrack, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
SubTrack offers optional in-app purchases:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple ID account settings in the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support.
You agree to use SubTrack for its intended purpose of personal subscription management. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
SubTrack is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on information displayed in the app. Always verify subscription charges directly with your service providers.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of SubTrack after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

How do I add a subscription?
Tap the "+" button on the main screen, enter the subscription details (name, price, billing cycle, etc.), and tap Save.
How does iCloud sync work?
If iCloud is enabled on your device, SubTrack automatically syncs your subscriptions across all your Apple devices. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account on all devices.
What's included in Pro?
SubTrack Pro unlocks unlimited subscriptions (free version supports up to 5), CSV export, and AI-powered spending analysis. You can upgrade via a yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.
How do I export my data?
Go to Settings > Export to CSV (Pro feature). This generates a CSV file with all your subscription data that you can share or save.
How do I restore my purchase?
In-app purchases are tied to your Apple Account and are restored automatically. If your Pro status is not showing, try restarting the app.
How do I delete all my data?
Go to Settings > Reset All Data. This permanently deletes all subscriptions, categories, and payment history. This action cannot be undone.
